1. Booking & Payment
By completing a booking on JK Studio Event you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, which includes your ticket price and the applicable booking charge. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified.
2. Digital Tickets
Confirmed bookings receive digital tickets with a unique QR code. Each ticket permits entry for one guest seat as selected during booking. Tickets must be presented at the venue for verification. Re-selling tickets is not permitted without written consent.
3. Seats & Availability
Seats are reserved when you start checkout and are held for a limited time. If payment is not completed within the reservation window, the seats are released automatically and made available to other customers.
4. Event Changes
Events may be rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and eligible for a refund as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Behaviour at Venue
JK Studio Event and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone behaving inappropriately. Entry is subject to venue rules, age requirements and security checks.
