No Refund After Booking
All confirmed bookings are final and non-refundable. Once your payment is successfully confirmed, no refunds are issued for any reason other than event cancellation or rescheduling by JK Studio Event.
1. Event Cancellation by Us
If an event is cancelled by JK Studio Event, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the amount paid, including the booking charge. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
2. Rescheduled Events
If an event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the reschedule announcement.
3. No Show / Voluntary Cancellation
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after confirmation. Unused tickets due to no-show are not refundable. Changes to the booking date, slot or quantity are not permitted after payment is confirmed.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment attempt fails, no amount is charged. In the rare case of a duplicate charge, the extra amount is automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us at jkstudioevent201@gmail.com with your Booking ID and the reason for your request. Refund eligibility is verified against your booking records before processing.
